VisArts Birthday Parties
"We put the art in party!"
VisArts in Rockville has re-imagined and revamped their birthday party program with the mission to bring children together to celebrate, create, and most of all, have fun with art! We offer a diverse array of party options for boys and girls turning ages 4–12 with different pricing plans and favor options to meet your budget. Our parties are led by instructors who have a passion for working with children and the patience to do so effectively.
To Book
- Choose a theme, date and time, 1-3 or 4-6 on Saturdays OR 12–2 or 3–5 on Sundays.

- Calculate guest, extras and favors.
- Send in 50% payment with booking form to reserve the date.
- Balance in full must be paid on the day of the party.
- Last minute guests or favors will be charged the day after the party plus an additional $50 shopping fee.
- Extra favors are refunded post party.
The Good Stuff
All parties include the following:- A 2-hour instructor led party (we allot 30 minutes for food)
- A VisArts tote bag
- Children will make and keep memorable art projects
- Birthday banners, a 6-ft wall hanging and table covers
- Forks, candles, lighter and cake cutter
- Access to a refrigerator and freezer
- Staff assistance with setup and clean up
- Cart to carry items to and from car
Deposit
In order to book your party a 50% deposit is due upon registration. The remaining balance will be invoiced the next business day after the party. Participants canceling 10 business days prior to the party date will be refunded their deposit*, less a $25.00 administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be given. Inclement weather parties can be rescheduled at our next available date.Unforgettable Themes
