Facility Rental Capacity & Rates

Select spaces in VisArts are available for rental to groups and individuals. The rental fee includes use of round tables, rectangle tables and VisArts’ banquet chairs. Every event is subject to a service and cleaning fee. All contract holders must be 21 years of age.

Buchanan Room

Located on the second floor of VisArts, the Buchanan Room is our main event space. Modern and versatile, the Buchanan Room is the ideal space for any social and corporate gathering.

Size: 2,800 square feet (52’ x 56’) with 25’ x 25’ dance floor

Capacity:

  • 220 seated dinner
  • 180 seated dinner w/ dance floor
  • 250 standing
  • 80 seated classroom style w/ banquet tables

*Additional charges may include facility maintenance fee and security for teen events.

*Sunday pricing during holiday weekends are charged at the Saturday rate.

** $1500 of the rental rate is considered a tax-deductible contribution to VisArts Center

*Cancellation policy: Client understands that use of the Rooftop is contingent upon the weather and has the right to cancel the event at their sole discretion. Client shall be entitled to a full refund less $100 unless VisArts staff has set up the space. If the set-up has been completed at the time of cancellation, the client shall be charged an additional $100 to cover staff costs.
