Resident Artist Application

VisArts is looking for dynamic talented artists to join our organization as Artists in Residence. We have three studios for rent. Each studio is approximately 188 square feet, has lots of natural light, twenty four hour a day access and lots of other great amenities. Artists must work thirty hours per week in their studios (15 of those hours must be during the hours that the center is open to the public). Utilities, common area cleaning and lighting included in rent. All studios have large utility sinks.

Monthly rent - $336.83 per month. Lease terms- one year lease with four one year options possible.
